User Responsibilities When using PitchNXT, you agree to: Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account registration Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party policies Obtain necessary consent from message recipients before initiating communications You agree not to use PitchNXT for: Spamming or sending unsolicited messages Harassment, abuse, or misleading communications Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. 5. Payments and Refunds Users agree to pay all fees associated with the selected subscription or services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in a separate written service agreement or promotional offer. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. 7. Intellectual Property Rights All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property available on the PitchNXT Platform are the exclusive property of Leadchain Systems Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited. 8.
